Check out the current groups being offered below!
Is your family member or loved one struggling with PTSD, Complex Trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder, or Dissociative Disorders, including DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder)?
This caregiver support group will include components of psychoeducation about the impacts of trauma and dissociation on the brain and body, and how that can be experienced emotionally and behaviorally. You’ll learn tools and strategies for managing your own emotions and behaviors, and in responding to your loved ones’ emotions and behaviors. The bulk of the group format will be an open dialogue and will include sharing of personal experiences so group members can learn from and receive support from each other.
This group is open to any family members (parents, adults, children, siblings, etc.), partners, and spouses age 25 and above.
We will meet biweekly, and a three-month commitment is highly recommended.
Group size is limited to approximately 8 to 10 people.
After December, both groups will resume the week of January 12, 2026!
